The local Mohammad al-Mojil Group (MMG) is to start legal action in a bid to collect $107m from three companies it says is owed for work carried out on a number of projects.

In a statement to the Saudi Arabian stock exchange (Tadawul), MMG said it is owed the money by the local Saudi Binladin Group, the UK’s Petrofac and South Korea’s SK Engineering & Construction.  

The company has been experiencing financial difficulties and said that it had exhausted all other options.
