The client is the Palace Affairs Ministry.The estimated RO 50 million ($128.2 million) scheme calls for the construction of an 848-seat auditorium, built over seven levels, including a roof terrace, upper and lower balconies, and a royal and VIP tier.US-based Wimberley Allison Tong & Goo is the lead consultant. The subconsultants are: Denmark's COWI with the US' Parsons International for the roads; COWI for the structural and civil engineering; COWI with the local Majan Engineering Consultants for the mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) and infrastructure engineering; and Majan for the quantity surveying.
