Located on an area known as Crescent A, the towers will be 45 and 38 storeys in height and will have a total built-up area of about 210,000 square metres. Tender documents are expected in August.
The Palm Jebel Ali is the largest of the three palm-shaped archipelagos being created in Dubai. It is part of the Dubai Waterfront development that, once complete, will house up to 1.5 million people.
