- Tender for Al-Furjan community centre to be submitted 5 April

Local developer Nakheel has invited companies to bid by 5 April for the construction of a community retail centre and mosque in the Al-Furjan area of Dubai.
The contract will involve the building a complex with 19 retail units, 17 dining units and a mosque. The site has total area of 28,640 square metres.
New malls under way by Nakheel include Nakheel Mall on Palm Jumeirah, Deira Islands Mall, The Circle Mall at Jumeirah Village Circle and a mall at neighbouring Jumeirah Village Triangle.
The developer is also expanding its Dragon Mart and Ibn Battuta malls, and bringing six new neighbourhood retail centres.
