Enabling works tender announced as Nakheel starts work on Jumeirah Village Triangle community mall project

Local developer Nakheel has launched a tender for enabling works on the Al-Khail Avenue mall in Dubai and has asked contractors to submit their bids by 22 March.
The contract would cover infrastructure services, shoring works and excavation ahead of construction of the new mall, which is scheduled to open in 2018.
The 360,000-square-metre retail, dining and entertainment centre is being developed in Dubais Jumeriah Village Triangle.
Nakheel has also confirmed that it will release the construction tender by the end of the second quarter of 2015.
Located alongside Dubais Al-Khail Road near the Jumeirah Village Triangle community, Al-Khail Avenue will have 350 shops including a supermarket, department stores and cinema, as well as an entertainment area.
