Dubai-based developer Nakheel has said that construction works on Phase 15 of the Emirati Cluster in International City has restarted. The development consists of 26 residential and commercial buildings with 51 shops, 856 studio flats and 756 of one bedroom flats. Phase 15 of the Emirati Cluster is expected to be complete in the fourth quarter of 2011, Nakheel said.
