North Alamein Petroleum Company (Nalpetco) has awarded a front-end engineering and design contract to the US' KBR for facilities on two fields on its deepwater West Mediterranean concession.
The $10 million job covers onshore processing facilities for 300 million cubic feet a day of gas and 4,000 barrels a day of condensate on the Abu Sir and El-King fields. Nalpetco may retain KBR to provide technical and procurement services for the engineering, procurement and construction phase.
