UAE projects have once again dominated the national award winners’ list in this year’s MEED Quality Awards for Projects.

Nine winners hailed from the emirates in this year’s programme, with Saudi Arabia and Oman tying for equal second, with six winning projects a piece.

Qatar’s ambitious $1.8bn Ras Laffan Port Expansion project ranked as the largest winning project in terms of value.

The full complement of national winners is listed below. Each project will now compete for overall GCC honours, with the winning projects to be named at a gala dinner to be held at Jumeirah Etihad Towers in Abu Dhabi on 14 May.
