The local Nesma & Partners Contracting Company has won a construction contract on the Manifa heavy oil field.
The scope of works includes civil works and facilities management for the site.
The value of the project is SR250m ($67m). Saudi Aramco is the client.
Nesma's other projects in the kingdom include the King Abdullah University of Science & Technology at Thuwal, north of Jeddah, where it is working with Saudi Binladin Group and Saudi Oger on site development, utilities and construction packages.
The client is the Higher Education Ministry and Saudi Aramco (MEED 26:10:07).
