Fujitsu Siemens Computers is now offering a notebook with a new anti-theft protection solution that features technology by Intel and Computrace. Fujitsu Siemens is one of only two manufacturers in EMEA who already offer such innovation in its current notebook range. The complex anti-theft protection will be available as an option in the ESPRIMO Mobile models in the business line and in the LIFEBOOK T5010 and LIFEBOOK E8420. Anti-theft protection has two main functions: tracking stolen or lost hardware and the option of saving or, if necessary, deleting data in the system's hard disk via a centrally operated remote control. It is also possible to lock the notebook via a remote control function. Fujitsu Siemens Computers provides the entire security solution package from a single source.
