India’s JB Group plans to build a 60-storey commercial tower at the Burj Dubai Downtown development in Dubai.
The proposed tower will reach a total height of 240 metres with a total built-up area of 65,000 square metres. It has been designed to resemble the JB Group’s logo - a converged diamond and lotus.
The project also involves the construction of a 15,000 square-metre four star hotel that will branch out from the same podium as the main tower.
