State-owned Kuwait Oil Tankers Company (KOTC)has issued a tender for the construction of its new headquarters in the Sharq district of Kuwait City. Eleven local grade 1 contractors have been invited to bid by 28 August for the estimated KD 12 million-15 million ($41 million-52 million) main construction package. The local Al-Jazera Consultantsis the design consultant.
