Oman Air has added the new B737-800 NG to its fleet increasing the airline's total number of Boeing 737's to 11. Peter Hill, Chief Executive Officer, said this latest addition comes in line with Oman Air's plans to expand its fleet for short and medium haul flights, which will enhance Oman Air's presence on the map of the regional aviation industry.
