Project includes apartments, townhouses, hotels, museum and a library
Local property developer Yahya Group Holding has unveiled plans to build a community for up to 1,500 residents on 130,000 square metres of land next to the company’s Dolphin Complex in Bausher.
The unnamed mixed-use development includes 600 apartments and townhouses, along with two luxury hotels, a mall and a museum with a library designed to showcase Omani art, reports the Muscat Daily.
The project is to be developed in three phases, the first of which is designed to coincide with the completion and opening of the revamped Muscat International Airport. The main construction contracts for the airport were awarded in 2010.
