Company plans to acquire an operation with more than one million tonnes of capacity
Samidh Mukhopadhyay, chief financial officer of Raysut Cement, has said the company is in acquisition talks with several companies and expects to reach an agreement within a month, Reuters has reported. “The important thing is the tonnage capacity. We won’t go for below one million tonne capacity,” he told the news service. “It (a deal) may be announced in a month’s time because the dialogue is still happening.”
