Dubai developer Omniyat has invited contractors to submit bids for The Sterling scheme, a twin tower residential project in Downtown Dubai.
The project will comprise two towers The East House and The West House which will made up of a selection of one, two-and three-bedroom apartments and townhouses.
The company said that the project is expected to be delivered in 2019.
The lead architect is the UAEs FHSI architects. The local Jouzy Consulting Engineers is the lead consultant.
Earlier this year, Omniyat appointed UAE-based NSCC International to carry out enabling works on another Downtown Dubai project.
NSCC will carry out all foundation and enabling work on the AED1bn project ($273m) five-star hotel and serviced apartments in the Downtown area.
Located in Burj Khalifa district, Langham Place Downtown Dubai will span a built up area of 207,519 square metres and will add a total of 438 units to the hospitality sector in Dubai upon completion in 2018.
