The conference, which is being organised by Palestine Development & Investment Company (Padico), will now take place on 22 November.
The event aims to raise $1.5bn of investment for the economy of the beleaguered West Bank town and the surrounding area (MEED 8:10:08).
As a traditional base for militancy in the West Bank, Nablus is subject to severe restrictions on the movement of goods and people by Israeli forces which has crippled the local economy.
The Nablus event aims to build on the success of the Palestine Investment Conference in Bethlehem in May, which raised about $1.4bn in new projects (MEED 30:5:08).
