Paris-Sorbonne University Abu Dhabi is a prestigious higher education institution that offers both undergraduate and postgraduate programmes in Social Science and Art, Law and Economics, and Business Management disciplines. The courses are mainly delivered by lecturers from Paris following the European Credit Transfer System (ECTS) and are accredited by the UAE Ministry of Higher Education and Research.

Established in May 2006, under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed al-Nahyan, the Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi, the Abu Dhabi Education Council and Paris-Sorbonne University, Paris-Sorbonne University Abu Dhabi combines the legacy and experience of two significant and legendary French universities – Paris-Sorbonne University, dedicated to Arts and Humanities, and Paris-Descartes University, specialised in Law, Political Science and Economics.

At Paris-Sorbonne University Abu Dhabi, we offer professional master’s programmes in English that respond to the job market, fill professional gaps and are custom-tailored for Abu Dhabi. Aligned to the emirate’s Vision 2030 and in response to escalating market demands, Paris-Sorbonne University Abu Dhabi is committed to delivering the future Emirati and international workforce and supporting the UAE’s economic diversification. The different fields covered by the master’s degree are: International Law, Diplomacy and International Relations; Teaching French for Arab Speakers; Marketing, Management, Communication and Media; Urban and Regional Planning; International Business and Languages; History of Art and Museum Studies; Banking and Finance; Performing Arts Management; and Publishing, Information and Multimedia.

The next intake for all programmes is September 2013, except for Marketing, Management, Communication and Media, and Urban and Regional Planning, which will start in January 2014.
