Contractors are preparing for a long wait before Pars Oil & Gas Company (POGC)opens contract negotiations with a preferred bidder on the $2,000 million South Pars 15-16 project (MEED 19:11:04). When prices were opened in mid-November, the local consortium of Ghorb Khatemand Iran Marine Industries Company (Sadra)was low bidder at $1,970 million.
