Pentair plans Dammam manufacturing plant

US company Pentair makes components for the water and filtration sector  

The US’ Pentair is planning to build a manufacturing facility at Dammam in Saudi Arabia’s Eastern province that will produce components for filtration systems.

The company will construct the facility with its local partner Ali Abdullah Al-Tamimi Company. No timeline on the manufacturing plant was given by the company.

Pentair’s products are already sold in the kingdom’s mining, petrochemicals and water sectors. The company said it will export some of the products it produces at the proposed plant as well as service the local market.
