The client is expected to shortlist six-eight contractors. The package is due to go out to tender in July, with prequalifiers being given 10 weeks to bid. An award is scheduled in mid-November ahead of work beginning in December.

Germany's Bauer is working on the below-grade works which include piling and a diaphragm wall for a five-level basement. US-based Pelli Clark Pelli Architects is the architect, the UK's EC Harris is the project manager and Buro Happold, also of the UK, is the structural engineer. The client is the Department of President's Affairs (MEED 18:11:05).
