The works involve the construction of a harbour, including two breakwaters of 1,450 metres and 600 metres in length, loading and unloading platforms, a dock for tug boats, handling systems and other civil and eletro-mechanical works.
Prequalification applications are due by 25 September.
Azzawiya Oil Refining Company is a subsidiary of the National Oil Corporation (MEED 8:5:08).
