Locally-based Projacs International has been appointed project manager on a 25-storey residential tower in the Juffair area.
The local Modern Architects is designing the building, which will be the tallest residence in the area. Total project costs are estimated at BD 5 million ($13.2 million). Design work is due to take about six months and construction will last 12-15 months.The client is the local/Kuwaiti First Real Estate.
