Mace and EC Harris will provide management services for building projects
Qatar’s Public Works Authority (Ashghal) has awarded a QR415m ($114m) contract to a joint venture of the UK’s Mace and EC Harris to provide programme management services several key building projects in Qatar.
The UK-based joint venture has signed a five-year contract with Ashghal, which may be extended by an additional two years. The programme management role will involve coordinating with Ashghal and appointed contractors and consultants.
The joint venture will provide project management services on a wide variety of building projects throughout Qatar, which will include educational facilities, healthcare facilities, ports and public tourism projects.
