Description: Al-Saad Multipurpose Hall is a five-storey building with a basement level housing a parking garage as well as a chiller yard, major electrical substations and storage facilities. The buildings footprint is 16,000 square metres (sq m) with an overall built-up area of 45,000 sq m. The ground floor includes a playing field in addition to six changing rooms and two warm-up halls. Levels 1 and 3 are dedicated to general spectators, while the second floor is purely for VIPs. The fourth and fifth levels house mechanical, electrical and plumbing plant rooms, and offer access to the roof. The exterior has been developed with sidewalks, trees and lights.
