Mazaya Qatar Real Estate Development (Mazaya) has signed a 20-year build, operate and transfer agreement with the Qatar Foundation for Education, Science and Community Development to build and manage two projects in Qatar, Meed has reported. The first project is the residential part of QF's Sidra Medical and Research Centre, located in the Education City development, which comprises 1,165 residential units for nurses, technicians and other employees working at the Sidra Medical and Research Centre. The second project that Mazaya will build and manage for QF is the QR1bn Marina Mall project, which is to cover a total area of 57,605 sq m and will be built over three levels.
