Qatar University’s College of Pharmacy has signed its first student placement agreement with Canada’s University of British Columbia (UBC), the Peninsula has reported. Starting this month, the college is to accept Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) students from UBC Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences in Canada for training internships in Qatar. The focus of the first internship is academic leadership, international programme development and accreditation.
