Qatari Arabian to build Doha commercial centre

Lebanon’s Qatari Arabian Construction Company (ACC) has been awarded the estimated QR350m ($95m) contract to build a commercial centre in Doha.

The two-year contract involves the construction of a seven-floor commercial building with three basement levels. The total built-up area is about 70,000 square metres.

The local MZ Partners is the designer. UK-based White Young is the supervising engineer. The client is the local Jaidah Investment & Real Estate & Development Company.

ACC was recently awarded an estimated QR565m contract to build residential buildings at the Viva Bahriyah district on the Pearl Qatar (MEED 31:8:08).
