Qatar Real Estate Investment Company (QREIC)on 12 August signed an agreement with Parsons Internationalfor the design consultancy services of the Mesaieed Housing Project. The project will consist of 1,050 housing units.
The QR 300 million ($82 million) agreement is for Parsons to supply design work by February 2004. Building work is expected to start in June 2004.
QREICGeneral Manager, Mohammed al-Misnad, and Parsons International Vice-President, Richard P Russell, signed the agreement.
