Qtel has posted a 16% increase in full-year sales to QR31.8bn ($8.7bn). The board recommended a cash dividend of 30% of the nominal share value and bonus shares of 30% of the share capital, as well as a 40% rights issue at a price of QR75 per share, Qtel said.
