Saudi development company seeks bids for residential tower and offices
The local Rafal Real Estate Development Company has invited companies to bid by 5 November for a contract to build a 213-metre-tall residential tower on King Fahad Road in Riyadh.
The project, in the Mohamadiyah district in the north-east of the city, will involve constructing a 59-storey tower with 300 apartments, a six-storey office building and 16 retail outlets. It will also include recreational areas, gyms and swimming pools. The total built-up area will be approximately 107,228 square metres.
Rafal completed the tallest residential tower in Riyadh, Burj Rafal, on the same street last year.
