Raffles Dubai brought has won two awards from The Hotelier Middle East Awards. French native Cedric Darthial, Raffles Dubai's Chef de Cuisine was named 'Best Chef' of the year, while South African Nicholas Murcott, the hotel's sommelier, was awarded 'Best Sommelier' of the year.
