Sorouh has said buyers in the firm’s Reem Island projects have backed out of their contracts
Abu Dhabi-based developer Sorouh Real Estate has said that up to 8 per cent of buyers in the firm’s Reem Island projects have backed out of their contracts, The National has reported. The developer said that 1,150 units are expected to be handed over to investors in its Sun and Sky towers in January or February, and that it plans to concentrate its entire effort on delivery in 2011.
