Residential development for Tehran

A request for co-operation has been issued to architectural engineers to develop a major new residential complex in Tehran. The complex will consist of 20 towers with a built-up area of 350,000 square metres.

Interested consultants have been given until 20 November to reply to the tender released by Atisaz Construction Company, which has other residential projects scattered about Tehran. The tender asks for high-quality, leading-edge construction techniques and aesthetically appealing blocks.
