Ritz-Carlton Hotels is set to open its second hotel in Dubai at the Dubai Financial Centre on January 12, 2011, Emirates 24-7 has reported. The hotel features 341 guestrooms and suites and several fine dining restaurants, including the Thai Blue Rain, a French brasserie and a steakhouse. The property was sold by its previous owners Union Properties last month.
