UAE-based Rotana Hotels has signed an agreement with Abdali Development & Investment Company (ADIC) to manage the Amman Rotana hotel in the Al-Abdali mixed-use real estate project in the capital.
The new hotel will be located in the centre of Al-Abdali and will have a total built-up area of 35,000 square metres.The 450-room hotel will be designed by France's Architecture-Studio and is scheduled to open by the end of 2008 (MEED 24:2:06). The project is part of a larger scheme to develop the Al-Abdali district.
