Only contracts for six projects worth SR583m remain to be signed

Saudi transport minister Jabara al-Seraisry has signed contracts worth SR2.16bn ($576m) to construct nearly 850km of new roads and bridges in various parts of the kingdom, Arab News has reported. The ministry has so far signed contracts worth SR9.12bn for road projects approved in the current budget. “Only contracts for six projects worth SR583m remain to be signed and they will be signed next month,” a ministry official said.
