Description: The Dhahran Sports Facility was designed by Zuhair Fayez as part of Saudi Aramco’s College Preparatory Programme. The programme is a one-year scheme that aims to prepare selected Saudi high-school graduates for study at some of the world’s most respected universities.

The SR26m ($6.93m) sports facility allows these students to develop their athletic abilities, training them to be able to compete with foreign classmates at overseas institutions. The 2,790-square-metre building houses facilities for various sports, including basketball and volleyball, as well as a 760-sq m swimming pool and a 1,030-sq m gymnasium.
