Description: Riyadh’s Information Technology and Communication Complex (ITCC) is a massive office project that aims to support and promote the development of IT and telecommunications in order to increase the opportunities available to Saudi nationals in these sectors.
The ITCC also aims to generate income to support the Saudi Arabian Public Pensions Agency’s social security network.
Covering an area of more than 800,000 square metres, the complex includes four administrative towers designed to house international IT firms and equipped with the latest in computer technology; business incubators to help small investors develop their companies; research and development facilities; government services units; residential areas; a mosque; and a five-star conference hotel. The ITCC is designed to achieve at least the basic LEED green building certification.
