Fuel oil exports from Saudi Arabia hit four-month high volumes for October

Fuel oil exports from Saudi Arabia hit four-month high volumes for October, with at least 600,000 to 650,000 tonnes loading from the kingdom amid a weak market, Bloomberg has reported.
