Aramco to start supply gasoline to Indonesian retailer from the second half of this year

The fuel retail arm of Saudi Aramco will be supplying Southeast Asia’s largest fuel buyer with gasoline barrels for the first time as it tries to increase its presence in the region.

As part of a term contract signed between Saudi Aramco Products Trading Company (ATC) and Indonesia’s Pertamina, ATC is expected to supply between 1 to 2 million barrels of gasoline a month from July to December.

The fuel supplied by ATC will be 88-octane and 92-octane gasoline grades.

State-owned Pertamina is Indonesia’s biggest retailer with a network of over 5,700 gas stations plus a number of mobile fuelling facilities.
