Saudi commission issues tender for Yanbu water towers

The Royal Commission for Jubail & Yanbu has issued a tender for the construction of two water towers at Yanbu.

The scope of works covers the procurement, construction, testing and commissioning of two elevated water towers at Al-Jaar and Al-Azizah in Yanbu.

The tender includes all equipment, plumbing, ventilation systems and electrical systems for the towers.

The project duration is expected to be two years.

A pre-bid meeting will be held on 21 December, with the bid deadline on 20 January 2009.

Yanbu is on the Red Sea coast in the Medina province of Saudi Arabia, about 350 kilometres north of Jeddah.
