The local Saudi Freyssinet is set to win a contract to construct a 54-floor tower on the Jeddah corniche.
It will be called the Corniche Tower and is estimated to reach 270 metres in height and is due to take three years to construct.
The contract is worth an estimated SR900m ($240m).
The UAE’s Emaar is the client.
