Saudi investors spurn Tadawul decline

The Saudi Stock Exchange recovered losses from end of last week, and started the last week of October positively. Banks and Financial Services (this sector gained 1.76%) lifted the market in particular. Saudi Fransi Bank jumped 5.43% to close at SR46.60. Alinma Bank added 0.93%, finishing at SR10.80. The Tadawul index was also pushed by bellwether Saudi Basic Industries Corp. (Sabic)) which climbed 2.20%, closing at SR92.75.
