Saudi Arabia's PetroRabigh, a joint venture between Saudi Aramco and Sumitomo Chemical, has said its refinery and petrochemical complex are to be shut down on April 21 for a period of 45 days for planned maintenance, Reuters has reported. The company, which has built up stocks to meet 30 days of demand during the shutdown, said its sales are expected to fall as a result of the routine shutdown.
