Nine medicine warehouses in the Saudi capital, Riyadh have been closed by the Saudi Food and Drug Authority for violating safe medicine storage regulations, Saudi Gazette has reported. Furthermore, SFDA inspectors found that 12% of the licensed warehouses were not engaged in their licensed activities, while 9% were moved outside their specified areas without the knowledge of the authorities.
