SeaChange, a US based company providing technology solutions for broadcasting, video-on-demand (VOD), digital advertising and content management, is to set up a knowledge centre in Dubai to enhance its services range in the Middle East. The knowledge centre will focus on developing HD TV and IPTV technology solutions. SeaChange provides technology solutions to 600 customers across several countries.
