Yasser Sharaf, the managing director of Sharaf DG has revealed plans to open about seven stores in 2011, and said the firm is shifting its focus to the growing market in Abu Dhabi, The National has reported. In addition to the 15 outlets the company currently has in Dubai, Sharaf DG plans to open its first outlets in Abu Dhabi, Fujairah, Ras al Khaimah and Qatar and is to open a second store in Bahrain. "These are new markets for us so I don't think we will go as big as we are here," he said. "But we should have our fingerprint there."
