Lebanon's Solidere has renewed a five-year telecoms infrastructure contract with Orange Business Services aimed to boosting broadband network and IPTV services for the Beirut Central District, The Daily Star has reported. The renewed deal includes a new Orange call centre management solution for Solidere that will enable the delivery of superior customer service with fewer resources.
