Saudi Arabia’s biggest cement firm has said its expansion project will be completed by the end of 2011
Saudi Arabia’s biggest cement firm by market value, Southern Province Cement, has said its expansion project to add a second 5,000 tonnes a day cement clinker line at its third plant in Tihama will be completed by the end of 2011, Saudi Gazette has reported. The new line will raise the daily production at the Tihama plant to 10,000 tonnes, and the company’s total daily output to 23,000 tonnes from 18,000 tonnes.
